Mini-Grant Programs

The Research and Outreach/Extension office of the University of Florida (UF) School of Natural Resources and Environment (SNRE) provides assistance to faculty by identifying and working with potential funding agencies and by direct funding of faculty activities. This page provides information on the two grant programs established in SNRE: the SNRE Seed Funding Grants and the SNRE New Faculty Support Program Grants.

Funding to support the Mini-Grant Programs is provided by the deans for the colleges of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Engineering, Liberal Arts & Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Law, and Design Construction and Planning; IFAS Dean for Research; and the Vice President for Research.


Total funds available - $105,000.
